Acceptance

By downloading or using Path of Paws, you accept these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not accept them, do not use the game. You must be legally able to enter into this agreement where you live or have permission from a legal guardian.

Personal-use licence

The game is provided under a limited, revocable, non-transferable and non-exclusive licence for personal, non-commercial use. Rights in the code, characters, art, sound, names and other content remain with their respective owners.

• Do not manipulate progress or purchase systems through cheats, automation or unauthorised modifications.
• Do not use the game unlawfully or to violate another person's rights.
• Except where applicable law expressly permits it, do not copy, sell or reverse engineer the game.

Advertising

The free game experience may contain advertising. Advertising content and third-party destinations are the advertising provider's responsibility. Advertising choices and consent controls may be offered where required.

Purchases and virtual content

Purchases are processed through Google Play. Consumable items such as Forest Energy may not be restored after they have been granted or used. In the current release, the ad-removal entitlement disables Unity banner, interstitial and rewarded ads; ad removal and the winter-theme entitlement may be restored on the same Google Play account where supported. Virtual currency, animals, levels and themes have no cash value outside the game and may not be transferred.

Progress and updates

Progress is stored on the device. Uninstalling, clearing data, device failure or unsupported modifications may cause progress loss. Balance, rewards, prices, ad placements, characters and themes may change through updates.

Warranty and liability

The game is provided for entertainment and on an as-available basis. Uninterrupted, error-free or universal device compatibility is not guaranteed. To the extent permitted by law, liability for indirect loss is excluded; mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

Governing law and consumer rights

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, excluding conflict-of-law rules. Non-waivable consumer rights and access to competent authorities in the user's country remain unaffected. Users may first contact ozkanaltnors@gmail.com to seek a resolution.
