Purpose of the service

Subscription Radar helps track subscriptions, bills and upcoming payments created by the user or inferred from signals the user permits. It is not a bank, payment provider, accounting system or financial-advice service. Marking an item as paid does not make a real payment.

User responsibility

Displayed service names, amounts, dates, billing periods, payment states, cancellation windows and insights may be incomplete or incorrect. Fields read from an image and exchange-rate equivalents calculated from CBRT data are informational. Users must verify obligations, due dates, foreign-currency amounts and cancellation terms against official records from their bank, carrier or service provider.

Notification access and manual use

Notification access is optional and works only after a separate disclosure is accepted. It may be disabled at any time in Android settings. The app can also be used with manual subscription and bill records only.

Pro purchase and ads

Pro may be offered as a one-time digital product through Google Play Billing. Purchase, restoration, cancellation and refunds are subject to Google Play terms and applicable consumer rules. The free version may show a banner ad on Home provided by Google AdMob, and ad privacy choices are managed through Google UMP. After Pro entitlement is verified, the app makes no ad requests. Advertising services may process technical data under Google's own terms and privacy policy.

External links and brands

The app may link to HTTPS pages operated by Google Play or service providers. Their content and transactions are governed by their own terms. The app does not cancel subscriptions for users. Third-party names are descriptive only; trademarks belong to their owners and do not imply endorsement or affiliation.

Acceptable use

• Do not use the app unlawfully, deceptively or to violate another person's rights.
• Do not attempt to bypass security, purchase, local-data or analysis systems.
• Only add records, notes and images that you are authorised to use.

Availability and liability

Notification settings, battery restrictions, device software, time zone, connectivity and service-provider text formats may affect detection and reminders. Uninterrupted or error-free operation is not guaranteed. To the extent permitted by law, liability for indirect loss is excluded; mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

Governing law and consumer rights

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, excluding conflict-of-law rules. Non-waivable consumer rights and access to competent authorities in the user's country remain unaffected. Users may first contact ozkanaltnors@gmail.com to seek a resolution.
