Purpose of the service

Çanta Hazır helps organise timetables, item lists, notes, reminders and bag checks. It is not an official product or record system of a school, teacher, Türkiye's Ministry of National Education (MEB) or Board of Education (TTKB), and it claims no affiliation or endorsement. Calendar and lesson references do not replace current school information; official school notices take priority.

Parent and user responsibility

A parent or guardian must verify timetable, item, note, holiday, special-day and reminder information. Notifications may be delayed or omitted because of device settings, battery restrictions, time zone or manufacturer software. Important school preparation should not rely solely on an app notification.

Child profiles and supervision

A child profile and optional photo should be added only by a parent or authorised guardian. Child mode and the parent PIN are supporting controls, not substitutes for adult supervision or system-level device security. Users must add only child and school data they are authorised to process and share.

Photos, text recognition and suggestions

Timetable, date and item suggestions extracted from a photo or shared teacher text may be incorrect. Users must verify results before saving. The app does not guarantee that automatic suggestions are complete or match an official school timetable.

Backup and sharing

Users are responsible for the security and recipients of exported JSON backups, diagnostic reports or shared text. Sensitive child data should be shared only with trusted people and locations. Local data may be lost if a device is lost, the app is uninstalled or app data is cleared.

Intellectual property and acceptable use

The app is provided under a limited, non-transferable and non-exclusive licence for personal, non-commercial use. Rights in its code, design, name and original content remain with their respective owners.

• Do not use the app unlawfully or in a way that violates another person's privacy.
• Do not add or share child, teacher or third-party data without authority.
• Do not attempt to bypass security or data-protection controls.

Availability and liability

The app is provided on an as-available basis; uninterrupted, error-free or universal device compatibility is not guaranteed. To the extent permitted by law, liability for indirect loss is excluded. Mandatory consumer rights and liabilities that cannot legally be limited remain unaffected.

Governing law and consumer rights

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, excluding conflict-of-law rules. Non-waivable consumer rights and access to competent authorities in the user's country remain unaffected. Users may first contact ozkanaltnors@gmail.com to seek a resolution.
