Developer and scope

Rotten Throne is published in Türkiye by Özkan Altınörs under the Gepetto Usta brand. This policy applies to the Android version distributed through Google Play. Privacy questions may be sent to ozkanaltnors@gmail.com.

Game data stored on the device

The game does not create a developer account and this release does not provide cloud saves. Stage progress, equipment levels, gold, seals, audio, control and accessibility preferences are stored in the app's private area on the device.

Local telemetry and diagnostics

The game stores technical and balancing events such as app version, operating system, graphics adapter, stage and upgrade results, gameplay progress, advertising state and purchase-flow results in its app-private area. The event log is limited to 500 lines and 256 KB, with oldest entries removed first. A separate local balance summary may retain event and stage counters and the latest failure or completion result. An unexpected-exit record may contain the version, operating system, device model, current game context and the last 12 events. These records are not sent automatically to the developer.

Advertising and consent choices

The game uses Google Mobile Ads. Google may process data such as approximate location, app interactions, diagnostic information and device identifiers for ad delivery, measurement, security and fraud prevention under its own policies. Google User Messaging Platform collects and manages advertising choices where required. Game progress is not sent to a developer server for ad targeting.

Google Play Games Services

If the player chooses to use it, Google Play Games Services may be used for sign-in and to display or unlock achievements. Google processes account and achievement information under the player's Google Account settings and Google's terms.

Purchases

The ad-free purchase and eligible restoration are handled by Google Play Billing. The developer does not collect or store card, bank account or billing details. The app may process the product identifier, purchase status and technical information needed to validate a transaction.

Retention, deletion and security

Local data is deleted when app storage is cleared in Android settings or the game is uninstalled. Event-log entries are removed oldest-first when that log reaches its limit; the separate balance summary and unexpected-exit record may remain until app data is cleared. These records are not sent automatically to the developer. Advertising, gaming-service and purchase data processed by Google follows Google's retention and deletion rules.

Children's privacy

Rotten Throne is not designed for children. Its target audience and content rating are declared separately on Google Play.
