Acceptance

By downloading or using Rotten Throne, you accept these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not accept them, do not use the game. You must be legally able to enter into this agreement where you live or have permission from a legal guardian.

Licence to use the game

You receive a limited, revocable, non-transferable and non-exclusive licence for personal, non-commercial use. Intellectual-property rights in the code, artwork, music, names and other content remain with their respective owners.

• Do not use the game for unlawful purposes.
• Do not attempt to bypass security, advertising, purchase or progression systems.
• Except where applicable law expressly permits it, do not copy, sell, modify or reverse engineer the game.

Advertising and third-party services

The game may use advertising and Google Play services. Availability and data handling by those services are subject to their own terms. Where advertising choices are offered, you may change them through the relevant privacy interface.

Purchases and virtual content

Purchases are processed through Google Play and are subject to Google Play's payment, cancellation and refund rules. Virtual currency, progress, equipment and other in-game content are not money, have no cash value outside the game and may not be transferred. The ad-free entitlement may be restored on the same Google Play account where supported by the platform.

Saves, updates and availability

Progress is stored on the device. Uninstalling the app, clearing data, device failure or unsupported modifications may cause progress loss. Features, balance, content and technical requirements may change through updates. Uninterrupted or error-free operation is not guaranteed.

Limitation of liability

The game is provided for entertainment. To the extent permitted by applicable law, liability for indirect loss is excluded. Mandatory consumer rights and liabilities that cannot legally be limited remain unaffected.

Governing law and consumer rights

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, excluding conflict-of-law rules. Non-waivable consumer rights and access to competent authorities in the user's country remain unaffected. Users may first contact ozkanaltnors@gmail.com to seek a resolution.

Changes and contact
